Camping in tents, sleeping on the ground, eating and cooking outside, and roasting marshmallows around the campfire are some of the unique experiences clients have when they choose FIELDGUIDES for an outdoor education program. School and Youth Groups can stay from 1-4 nights with us. We also offer day programs at certain locations. Please use this page as a guide to learn more about life with the fieldguides at the California State and County Park campgrounds we commonly use for our overnight programs. Click on the links below for detailed information about each park, from the park websites.
**We are always interested in new places to camp and explore. Over the years we have worked at many different locations with schools throughout the bay area and beyond. Our mobility has allowed us to serve Palo Alto, Santa Clara, San Ramon, Livermore, San Francisco, Los Gatos, Orinda, Los Altos, Berkeley, Sebastopol, and Petaluma in locations that work best for the schools in those areas. We are always looking to expand the reach of our environmental programs so please Contact FIELDGUIDES if you have somewhere special you'd like to go.
